I LOVE taking photos. Even more, I love organizing and being able to retrieve photos whenever I need them. I work on alot of different projects with my photos, which I consider art. Shutterfly is my go to place when I want my photos to come alive.
Digital photos just die a painfully slow death if you don’t do anything with them. They are memories only engrained in your own brain, and never to reach anyone else’s eyeballs.
When you convert a digital image into something real, particularly a piece of art, or even a photo hanging on the wall, your happiness surrounds you.
Bring Your Digital Photos to Life.
It gives you a complete sense of joy to be surrounded by your baby’s photos. It gives me an even greater sense of joy when I can quickly get a photo book off to someone as a “brag book,” spreading the happiness even further.
I love the look on people’s faces when they see photos of my son. I love the look of joy and that sense of going off to another place when people are viewing the videos of my son, especially my monthly birthday videos, which I compile with a selection of photos and videos of various memories, including alot of firsts, like the first crawl, or the first time eating finger foods.
Your baby’s photos and videos are one of your most precious assets. Yes, we know that your baby is your most precious asset, but don’t discount the value of all of your photos and videos that you wotk so hard to create.
You spend the time capturing those precious memories, don’t let them be lost forever in a digital swamp.
Print out those photos, and make them come alive in your world, not on the internet and not in social media. It’s so important for your precious baby to see how much they mean to you. My son gets a kick every time he sees a photo of himself, not just on my iPhone, but printed out, and coming to life in his world.
Check out Shutterfly, and make sure you sign up for promos. Not only for Shutterfly, but I’ve also signed up for Pampers, Huggies and other baby products. This free wall art was a Huggies/Shutterfly cross-promotion. Only one to a customer (sorry I can’t share this one!).
Do you have any favorite ways that you like to share your photos and videos? I bet you share them online, but how do you make them come to life? Let me know in the comments section below!
Keep on snappin. 😉
